At Authentically Blessed Kennels (ABK), we offer safe, affordable, and reliable dog care for pet owners in the Middle Georgia area. As a Veterinary Technology student at Fort Valley State University with over 15 years of dog care experience, I understand how important it is for your dog to be in a comfortable and supervised environment while you're away.ABK currently operates as a home-based dog sitting and boarding service, which allows dogs to receive more personal attention than they might at larger facilities. Because we intentionally limit the number of dogs we accept at one time, every dog in our care receives proper supervision, scheduled potty breaks, playtime, and a calm resting space.Our services include weekday daycare, extended workday care, and overnight boarding. Dogs must be crate trained and good with other dogs, as we maintain a structured environment to ensure the safety and comfort of every pet.Whether you need someone to watch your dog during the workday or a safe place for them to stay while you travel, ABK is committed to providing loving, attentive, and responsible care for every dog that enters our home.Our Services Include:
🐶 Daytime Sitting (up to 9 hours) — Perfect for workdays, errands, or appointments.
🌙 Extended & Overnight Care (15–24 hours) — Includes multiple potty breaks, feeding, supplements (as directed), playtime, and cuddles.

Virtual Meet & Greet: During this session, we’ll review your pet’s daily routines, feeding and supplement instructions, and any behavioral or medical notes. You’ll receive a virtual walkthrough of the care space. This time also allows us to build trust, and answer detailed questions.

In-Person Meet & Greet: During this session, we’ll review your pet’s daily routines, feeding and supplement instructions, and any behavioral or medical notes. You’ll receive a walkthrough of the care space. This time also allows us to build trust, answer detailed questions, and conduct a temperament check. When possible, your dog will be introduced to mine and any regular guests present during your visit.

**Please Note: My hours are from 7:00 am - 10 pm**
The 12 am time to book is just to hold your 24 hr appointment slot. Not the time you are able to drop-off.
Our Process
Request a Reservation
Submit a booking request through our website or contact us directly to check availability. Because we only accept a limited number of dogs at a time, reservations are recommended.
Confirm Your Dog’s Stay
Once availability is confirmed, a small non-refundable deposit is required to secure your dog’s spot. This ensures we reserve space specifically for your pet.
Drop-Off & Check-In
At drop-off, we review your dog’s feeding schedule, potty routine, and any special instructions. Dogs must be crate trained and comfortable around other dogs to ensure a calm environment.
Structured Care & Supervision
During their stay, dogs receive:
Scheduled potty breaks
Supervised interaction time
Rest time in their crate
Feeding according to owner instructions
Pick-Up & Happy Reunion
When you return, your dog will be ready for pickup after a safe and comfortable stay. We aim to make every visit stress-free for both pets and owners.
